PRM

PRM means “Person with reduced mobility”. Its acceptation is broad and fluctuating. A person is of reduced mobility when the set-up of an infrastructure can prevent its use, on an equal basis with other users, for example, because of a person’s size, state, age, permanent or temporary handicap, as well as because of the devices or appliances they need to use so as to be mobile.
